What is Trim Healthy Mama?

Trim Healthy Mama is a flexible eating plan that allows you to enjoy all three essential macronutrients: carbohydrates, fats, and protein while achieving a healthy weight. Unlike other plans that restrict certain food groups, Trim Healthy Mama focuses on saying "yes" to the right foods. By focusing on your "yes" foods throughout the day, you won't have time to dwell on the ones you're avoiding. There are only a few foods that should be avoided:

• Sugar
• White flour (which converts to sugar in your bloodstream)

Understanding your fuels:

• S (Satisfying) meals prioritize fats for fuel.
• E (Energizing) meals focus on carbohydrates for fuel.
• FP (Fuel Pull) meals do not emphasize fats or carbs and can be incorporated into any meal type.
• XO (Crossover) meals combine both fats and carbs.

Here's how it works:

• Separate fats and carbs to promote weight loss.
• Ensure every meal includes protein.
• Incorporate vegetables into your meals daily.
• Enjoy foods from every food group to maintain balance.
